Full Management options may include:

• Collection of ground rents.
• Preparation of service charges.
• Arrangement of all Flat Management functions and negotiation of contracts.
• Supervision of small/medium building works.
• Supervision of contracts covering gardening, cleaning and day to day management.
• Organising building insurance, including valuations and claims handling.
• Regular site visits.
• Liaison with residents on all matters.
• Dealing with assignments and notices.
• Calling annual meetings and attending same, and dealing with minutes.
• Preparation of year end accounts and returns.
• Regular reports to Freeholders.
• Control and Administration of repairs.

From £2.75 per flat per week.

Part Management:
From £2.00 per week per flat, subject to client requirements.

Major/Large Scale Building Management:
Consultation from £20.00 per hour plus ONLY 8% of total project value.
