Period Property Management is a Brighton based Company unlike ANY other property management company in the City.

We manage all types of buildings, with particular expertise in period property including Grade I and Grade II listed. However, we are quickly completing agreements a diverse range of properties from modern purpose built blocks through to substantial conversions.

Period Property Management aim to work with the freeholders and leaseholders to reduce costs, whilst improving standards, safety and providing a personal level of service with your own appointed Building Manager.

 

Unlike some other Managing Agents we do NOT charge fees for appointing contractors such as cleaners or decorators.

Period Property Management simply has evolved from word of mouth.

The level of management and service ranges from Full Management to Part Management or a Bespoke Service. Furthermore, we offer a consultative role by assisting in the management of major building works or special building projects.
